Löwenbräu Beers

The Löwenbräu brewery dates back to the 16th century. The earliest records come from 1524, when a brewery was founded in the “lion’s den” (Löwengrube) in Munich in Bavaria that was to become world famous. In the years following its founding, Löwenbräu became the largest brewery in Germany and the one with the largest volume of exports.
